Nickemwit went absolutely crazy last night. After dropping his 5 game set to Iron, Nick proceeded to win 7 sets in a row beating Snap, HOCH HECH!, Umarth, Buckets, Aerius, and two sets over S2J to win Abbey Tavern.
A stacked abbey led to a hard fought battle for Top 8, with MrG and HOCH HECH! outplacing their seeds to make it in.
vs stunned taverners with his back to back 2-0s over mongoose and cozy for a 13th place finish as the 27th seed.
Aerius upset Umarth in a 3-0 to make it to Losers Finals, he also 4 stocked S2J on stream.
Not too many notable upsets besides top 8, however Zman did take his set 2-0 over Jank.
Arcade games will return at Abbey #88, Unless someone else is willing to bring a setup for Frogger.
